2024 Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy

 

Event Cancellation by AAHCM

If for any reason beyond AAHCM’s control AAHCM determines an event must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, Participant understands and agrees that AAHCM will only refund any portion of the registration fee which AAHCM is reimbursed by insurance or other third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event.  Participants understand that they may lose all monies they have paid to AAHCM for participation in events, as well as other costs and expenses incurred, including travel, lodging, etc.

Cancellation by Individuals

Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to October 1, 2024. No refunds will be granted after this date. All cancellations must be submitted via email. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company. Note that cancellations for the hotel should be submitted directly to the hotel.
