The Hospital at Home Users Group 2025 Annual Meeting, Leveling Up: Investing in Hospital at Home and the Future of Healthcare, is the nation’s most comprehensive digital HaH conference. Leveling Up features two concurrent tracks for developing and experienced programs. Each session will be packed with practical advice for your program, followed by Q&A. 

 
CME will be available.  
 
The meeting's individual rate is $200/person. If you are a member of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM), you will receive a $50 discount.

Please note: If you or your group will be attending the AACHM meeting in-person in New Orleans, you will have to register separately for each meeting.
