Leveling Up: Investing in Hospital at Home and the Future of Healthcare

The Hospital at Home Users Group 2025 Annual Meeting, is the nation’s most comprehensive a six-hour virtual meeting. Programming includes an up-to-the-minute policy update, a provocative keynote from Mt. Sinai’s Dr. Jeremy Boal, a networking session, presentations of cutting-edge research, awards showcasing the best of the HaH community, and more.  

In the afternoon, Leveling Up features two concurrent tracks for developing and experienced programs. This includes five sessions in each track packed with practical advice for HaH programs, followed by Q&A.

Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by AAHCM: If for any reason beyond AAHCM’s control AAHCM determines an event must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, participant understands and agrees that AAHCM will only refund any portion of the registration fee which AAHCM is reimbursed by insurance or other third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event.  Participants understand that they may lose all monies they have paid to AAHCM for participation in events, as well as other costs and expenses incurred, including travel, lodging, etc.  Cancellation by Individuals: Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to September 16, 2025. No refunds will be granted after this date. All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company. Note that cancellations for the hotel should be submitted directly to the hotel.
